Personalised Home Care for Every Stage of Life
Frail & Elderly Care
Frail and elderly care means providing comprehensive, dignified support to older adults who have decreased functional ability and higher risk (frailty), but who wish to remain at home rather than relocate to institutional care.
The goal is to preserve independence, safety, quality of life, dignity, and social connection while managing chronic conditions, preventing decline, and offering companionship and oversight.
Post-Hospital & Recovery Care
This service is aimed at bridging the gap between a hospital stay (or acute illness, surgery, injury) and the return to full independence.
The aim is to reduce readmissions, encourage safe recovery, rebuild strength/flexibility, manage complications, and support healing in the familiar comfort of home. It is a more intensive, time-limited offering compared to general frail-care.
Infant & Child Care
In-home infant and child care involves providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care in a safe, nurturing environment (the child’s home). When special-needs support is required, it includes therapeutic, educational, and medical oversight.
The goal is to allow parents caregivers flexibility while ensuring infants/children’s safety, developmental stimulation, and well-being.
Palliative & End-of-Life Care
Palliative care is specialised care for individuals with serious, life-limiting illnesses, focusing on relief from symptoms, pain, and stress to maximise quality of life for both patient and family.
Home-based palliative and end-of-life care allows patients to remain in familiar surroundings, with dignity, comfort, emotional support, and holistic care until death. The care team works to manage physical symptoms, emotional and spiritual distress, and supports the family in grief and bereavement.
Family Respite Care
Respite care offers temporary relief for family caregivers by providing substitute care to the loved one. The idea is to prevent caregiver burnout, allow rest, attend to personal needs, or manage emergencies. Respite may be in-home or in another facility, and varies in duration (hours to days/weeks).
Respite care is a vital service in an overall home-care offering, ensuring sustainability and well-being of both caregivers and clients.
